Job summary

URBN, a leader in immersive fashion brands, seeks a detail-oriented logistics coordinator in Philadelphia. You will review shipping data, manage TOP samples, and drive timely purchase orders across global vendors and internal teams.

Join a fast-paced environment supporting URBN’s Home, Apparel, and Brands divisions. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential; retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
• Experience communicating with large groups and cross-functional teams.
• Retail/home fashion background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly shipping report to ensure all POs are on time.
• Manage TOP samples; coordinate approvals and vendor comments.
• Follow up with vendors to confirm receipt of new POs in Tradestone.
• Assist with monthly reorders to ensure timely PO issuance.
• Follow up on price tickets and Checknet issues with agents/vendors.
• Coordinate with Transportation to ensure on-time delivery and customs compliance.
• Facilitate monthly line review meetings with Compliance.
• Assist Design Coordinator with outgoing and incoming packages.
• Maintain daily communication with overseas vendors and internal teams.
