Job summary

Anthropologie, part of URBN, is seeking a Temporary Product Development and Production Assistant for Home Textiles to support design vision through samples and reports. The role involves day‑to‑day operations across product development, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining sample status.

You will draft communications, prepare for meetings, and organize seasonal materials to assist the Design, Production, and Buying teams in meeting business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills for effective vendor and internal collaboration.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Draft approval and amendment emails with the Coordinator.
• Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up with vendors.
• Create and maintain style pages in Tradestone with suppliers.
• Prep for seasonal product reviews and gather cost, T&A, and sample tracking data.
• Track sample send dates with vendors and manage PI sheets.
• Manage WIP reports and weekly packages.
• Ensure system data is updated accurately and on‑time.
