Ultimate Staffing in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a TEMP Scheduling Coordinator / Customer Service Representative for a 2-3 month on-site assignment. You will manage a high volume of calls, coordinate appointments, and ensure accurate scheduling and customer communications.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, paid at $21.00 per hour.

We are a small, family-owned business in Hackensack, NJ seeking a Scheduling Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary 4-month assignment. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming, team-oriented work environment.

Position Overview

The Scheduling Coordinator will play a key role in managing customer communications, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth daily scheduling operations. This position requires someone who is comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
