Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced RMA Coordinator to manage returns, warranty claims, and related product issues within a manufacturing environment. You will coordinate across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and support teams to investigate and resolve problems and ensure RMAs are tracked to completion.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to maintain documentation across multiple departments using ERP and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Experience handling RMAs, warranty claims, and product returns.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and tracking/reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage RMAs, warranty claims, and product returns from initiation through resolution.
• Work with manufacturing, quality, engineering, customer service, and operations to investigate and resolve product issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to RMAs, warranty claims, returns, and resolutions.
