Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced RMA Coordinator to support the management of product returns, warranty claims, and customer-related product issues within our manufacturing environment in Huntsville, AL. This on-site, permanent role requires coordinating with multiple internal teams to investigate issues and ensure RMAs are tracked through completion.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Previous experience handling RMAs, warranty claims, and product returns.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple internal departments to investigate and resolve product issues.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and tracking/reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage RMAs, warranty claims, and product returns from initiation through resolution.
• Work with manufacturing, quality, engineering, customer service, and operations to investigate and resolve product issues.
• Maintain records and documentation related to RMAs, warranty claims, returns, and resolutions.
• Track open RMAs and follow up with appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify trends or recurring product issues and communicate findings to relevant internal teams.
• Assist with reporting and tracking related to returns, warranty activity, and product issues.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and stakeholders regarding the status and resolution of product returns.
