Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data effectively.
• Experience with managing product returns and creating credit memos.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to drive changes in processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of product returns, including the receipt, processing, and disposition of returned goods.
• Creating and issuing credit memos in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintaining meticulous records of all product returns and credit memos.
• Working closely with the accounting team to ensure that all financial aspects of product returns are accurately reflected in the company's financial records.
• Collaborating with the manufacturing team to understand the reasons for product returns and to develop strategies for reducing the frequency of returns.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office tools to create reports, analyze data, and present findings to management.
• Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the handling of product returns and the issuance of credit memos.
