NPR is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment within our People team. You will serve as a primary contact for candidates from kickoff through pre-onboarding, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, candidate‑first experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition coordination experience.
• Coordinating logistics, planning multi-step processes, and calendars.
• Must have experience maintaining confidentiality with sensitive personnel data.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with collaboration across diverse teams.
• Strong digital literacy, with ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage creation, review, and external posting of job openings.
• Guide recruitment requisitions through internal approvals and timelines.
• Prepare, distribute, and track offer letters; initiate background checks.
• Onboarding integration and progress tracking with People team divisions.
• Coordinate Form I‑9 employment eligibility verification and regulatory compliance.
• Administer Greenhouse Recruiting and manage user access.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and generate recruitment KPIs and reports.
• Train hiring managers on Greenhouse operations and workflows.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with employment regulations.
