Job summary

Kai Fu Property Services Co., Ltd. seeks an experienced Property/Facilities Manager to oversee residential operations, maintenance, financial performance and tenant relations.

The role ensures compliance with local regulations and licensing regimes, such as PMSA and Building Management Ordinance. Applicants should hold a degree or higher diploma in Property/Facility Management, possess 6 years in the field (3 in management), and have a PMP licence.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in Property/Facility Management or related disciplines is preferred.
• 6 years of working experience in Property or facilities management in the residential field with at least 3 years in managerial grade.
• PMP (Tier 1) Licence is preferred.
• Membership or qualification such as CIHCM / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations, maintenance, financial performance and tenant relations of residential properties.
• Ensures strict compliance with local regulations and PMSA licensing regime; Building Management Ordinance (Cap 344), DMC.

Requirements:

6 years of working experience in Property or facilities management in the residential field with at least 3 years in managerial grade.

A member of CIHCM / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification is preferred

Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese

Strong communication skills with incorporated owners.
