Urban Group, a well-established property asset and facility management group, is seeking a Senior Property Officer / Property Officer to supervise maintenance and services for residents and owners in Hong Kong. The role focuses on effective administration, financial reporting, and proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in property management with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Well versed in BMO, DMC and tenancy agreements.
• Strong interpersonal communication and engagement skills with all stakeholders.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• 5-day work week (subject to the site's operation guideline)
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the security, cleaning, repair and maintenance service provided to residents / owners
• Preparation of the administration, financial reports and etc
• Handle enquiries and complaints from the owners / tenants
• Maintain and enhance communication and understanding among all stakeholders
• Act as a bridge among Urban, the owner's representatives and individual owners
