Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society is inviting applications for a property management role based on experience in HK tenancy and property oversight. The position emphasizes maintaining strong tenant relations and ensuring compliance with tenancy rules.

The ideal candidate has HKCEE/DSE passes including English and Chinese, with at least four years in property management. A valid Property Management Licence is preferred; those with less experience may be considered as Officer.

Qualifications

• 5 passes in HKCEE/DSE, including English and Chinese Language or above with minimum 4 years' relevant experience in property management.
• Holding a valid Property Management Licence is preferred.
• Good service concept, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.

Responsibilities

• Provide value-added property management services and maintain excellent relations with tenants/owners.
• Administer tenancy issues and ensure compliance with tenancy regulations and Deed of Mutual Covenant Clauses.
• Identify areas requiring preventive or remedial actions in respect of cleaning, repairs and security; liaise with relevant parties and monitor the implementation of such actions.
