Responsibilities

• Process donor pledges, payments, deposits during peak periods.
• Enter, verify, and reconcile pledge and payment information across donor databases and spreadsheets.
• Review pledge forms, payment docs, and account info for accuracy and fund allocation.
• Monitor payment activity, identify discrepancies, and report to Finance leadership for resolution.
• Coordinate with Finance, Development, and account owners to clarify information and resolve issues.
• Maintain organized financial and donor documentation following procedures for data integrity and retention.
• Manage processing tasks to minimize backlogs and support operations.
