Job summary

CHADS Coalition for Mental Health is seeking a part-time Donor Relations Coordinator to support fundraising, events, and donor outreach. You will assist with event logistics, manage donor records, and coordinate communications to build lasting relationships with supporters.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and passionate about CHADS's mission, with strong writing and people skills and comfort with social media and office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in management, communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.).
• Experience in event coordination is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for non-profit work and dedication to CHADS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of annual Trivia Night Fundraiser.
• Assemble resource crates, folders, etc. for events, ensuring materials align with themes.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events as needed.
• Resource Table Management: engage with attendees at events to promote CHADS.
• Assist with volunteer coordination.
• Assist with mailings, thank you calls, thank you letters and donor outreach.
• Maintain and update donor records within a database.
• Update and maintain the organization’s website and engage on social media.
