Community Housing Network (CHN) is seeking a highly organized Temporary Strategic Revenue & Communications Support Specialist to provide operational, administrative, and project support to the Strategic Revenue & Communications Department in a hybrid role (in-office and remote) in Troy, MI. The position emphasizes execution, process documentation, and supporting fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning and using technology and database systems.
• Experience with CRM systems, donor databases, email marketing platforms, or project coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor database (Bloomerang) and run reports.
• Assist with donor lists, email lists and newsletter distribution.
• Develop and improve departmental workflows and procedures.
• Support fundraising initiatives and grant-related processes.
• Coordinate special events and project tracking.
• Compile reports to support fundraising decisions.
• Provide administrative support to the department.
