Lutz is seeking a Temporary HR Generalist in Omaha to support an established HR team during an employee leave. The role focuses on recruitment admin, onboarding support, and general HR tasks to keep processes moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HR or recruiting experience, strong organization, and clear communication with candidates and hiring managers. Immediate start and end date around late October.

Responsibilities

• Post open positions and assist with recruiting administration
• Review and route applicants to the appropriate hiring managers
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication
• Conduct follow-up calls and help candidates move through the hiring process
• Support new-hire onboarding, including background checks and related paperwork
• Provide general administrative support to HR team members
• Assist with additional HR projects and priorities as needed
