Triage Staffing is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator in Omaha, NE to support onboarding, compliance, and employee experience. You will be the main contact for new hires and internal partners, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance for a welcoming onboarding experience.

Responsibilities include preparing onboarding materials, guiding new hires through paperwork, and coordinating with Benefits, Payroll, and Training to ensure a smooth process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare onboarding docs and welcome kits for new hires.
• Serve as primary onboarding contact for questions.
• Follow up to complete onboarding paperwork.
• Conduct 45-day check-ins to gather feedback and engagement.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, Training for a seamless onboarding.
• Maintain I-9 and E-Verify compliance procedures.
