LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Fort Worth, TX to hire a Temp HR Generalist for a 6-week contract. The role covers recruiting support, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.

You will maintain records, assist with benefits, payroll changes, and HR reporting. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3–5 years of HR experience, plus strong communication and HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of general HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and employee relations skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsabilités

• Support with recruiting and hiring efforts across the organization.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, drug testing, and hiring documentation.
• Support management with employee relations, attendance, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, DOT, OSHA, FLSA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, and applicable employment laws.
• Maintain employee records, required certifications, training documentation, and audit readiness.
• Support benefits administration, payroll changes, timekeeping, and leave tracking.
• Coordinate new hire orientation, training, and certification tracking.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and prepare HR reports and metrics.
