Reed Smith LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage monthly client invoicing and maintain client accounts. The role uses the 3E workflow to generate, proof, and submit invoices while coordinating with attorneys and secretaries on status and updates.

The ideal candidate has accounting experience, familiarity with Elite/3E, and excellent communication skills to handle inquiries and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

Formación

• Experience with billing or accounting functions.
• Knowledge of Elite/3E accounting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with multiple levels of staff.

Responsabilidades

• Bill clients monthly for assigned attorneys using the 3E workflow.
• Generate and proof invoices for accuracy.
• Submit invoices via mail, email, or electronically.
• Update client and matter information in the 3E system.
• Assist attorneys/secretaries with inquiries and set up electronic billing.
