The role requires an Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent, with prior billing or accounting experience, especially in a law firm setting. Proficiency in Elite/3E and MS Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred.
• Prior billing or accounting experience preferred, especially in law firms or professional services.
• Experience with Elite/3E or similar billing systems and strong MS Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Bill clients monthly for assigned attorneys using the 3E workflow system.
• Generate and proof invoices for accuracy and timely submission.
• Mail, email, or electronically submit invoices to clients.
• Update client and matter information in the 3E system and respond to inquiries.
• Set up electronic billing as needed and edit time/cost entries as instructed.
• Research expenses/credits on client accounts and assist with special projects.
