Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Dallas seeks a meticulous Legal Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end invoice preparation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions. You will liaise with attorneys, clients, and staff and handle ebilling and prebills with precision.

The role requires 3+ years of legal billing experience, proficiency in Aderant or Elite/3E, and strong Excel skills. You will work under the Billing Manager within Revenue Management, with flexibility for overtime and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3+ years as a Legal Biller required
• Experience with Aderant or Elite/3E preferred
• Proficiency in Excel required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Edits prebills via Prebill Viewer and Aderant per Billing Attorney requests
• Generates high volume, complex client invoices via Aderant
• Ensures invoices comply with billing guidelines and are supported with documentation
• Submits e-bills via EHub with all supporting documents
• Addresses invoice rejections or appeals and responds to billing inquiries
• Performs ad hoc reports and special projects as needed
• Willingness to attend onsite trainings, work overtime, and travel as needed
