Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and relevant finance experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on legal billing experience in a law firm.
• Strong Elite 3E experience and familiarity with electronic billing.
• Experience with eBillingHub strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of complex legal billing and electronic billing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, verify, and distribute monthly invoices (electronic and PDF).
• Handle a high volume of monthly bills with high accuracy.
• Process complex billing matters with discounts and split-party billing.
• Manage invoices through third-party e-billing systems.
• Coordinate with attorneys on short pays, rejections, budgets, and accruals.
• Monitor e-bills through submission, approval, and payment.
