Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates under the Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Drive sales performance and productivity to meet targets.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Recruit, train, and retain store staff; schedule shifts.
• Monitor store operations and ensure compliance with policies.
