Miniso in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, coach a dynamic team, and drive store performance. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandising standards, and executing strategies to meet sales and productivity goals.

This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with willingness to relocate or travel between locations as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management with a proven leadership record.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores as needed and travel between locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates daily.
• Uphold Miniso mission and core values.
• Support Store Manager in ops, service, merchandising and procedures.
• Drive membership program engagement and sign-ups.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages, returns and supplies.
• Assist recruitment, training, and retention of store staff.
• Ensure cash handling and SOP compliance; maintain clean, safe environment.
• Delivery of constructive feedback to promote growth.
