Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team, including ASM, Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Uphold Miniso mission, values and standards in all aspects of role.
• Ensure seamless store execution, customer service, merchandising and SOP adherence.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program.
• Oversee store operations and performance; mentor and develop staff.
• Meet sales goals through training, motivation and feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain top talent; manage performance reviews.
• Drive profitability with effective sales strategies and expense control.
• Manage cash, maintain a safe environment and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee relations.
