Job summary

Pacific Oaks College is seeking a motivated admissions outreach professional for a temporary 3-month contract (October–December). The role focuses on rapid-response outreach to prospective students, on-site at our campus, serving as the first point of contact, providing introductory program information, and scheduling admissions advising appointments.

The position requires 32 hours/week, Monday–Thursday, with 60+ outreach touches daily and active phone engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2 years in high-volume phone outreach or admissions recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or CampusVue) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rapid outbound outreach to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Schedule admissions appointments with counselors.
• Document outreach and pipeline changes in CRM.
• Meet daily outreach targets and activity thresholds.
