Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned recruitment pipeline and counsel on programs, admissions, and financial aid.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to engage prospective students and advance leads.
• Coordinate information sessions, webinars, and events; partner on lead transitions and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and progress in CRM/SIS.
• Collaborate with internal offices to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
• Mentor Enrollment Counselors and contribute to training materials and best practices.
