Small College Consulting seeks a Seasonal Admissions Recruiter to work remotely, supporting partner colleges by engaging prospective students through campus visits, high school outreach, and community events.

The role involves coordinating travel and events within a defined territory, representing colleges at events, and maintaining strong relationships with students, families, and school partners. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment services.
• Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfort with basic data entry, CRM or admissions systems, and standard office software.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by recruitment events.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or regionally.
