University of the Pacific seeks an Assistant Director of Admissions to lead recruitment activities and support prospective students through the admissions process. The role collaborates with the Associate Dean and Directors to plan events and develop communications for applicants and admitted students.

The position requires strong communication, organizational, and data-management skills, with experience in higher education admissions and collaboration across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and the equivalent of one year of employment at an institution of higher education.

Responsabilidades

• Counsel prospective students regarding admissions requirements and process via phone, email, and in person.
• Create and manage external communications including emails, marketing communications, event programs, and newsletters for prospects, applicants and admitted students.
• Plan, prepare, and host on-campus and virtual admissions events for prospects, applicants and admitted students.
• Assist with local education coalitions, pipeline and recruitment events at state, regional and national levels.
• Manage mailing and electronic mailing of recruitment materials during the recruitment cycle.
• Provide oversight for department social media platforms when needed.
