Job summary

Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA seeks a temporary, 3-month Admissions Outreach professional to support rapid-response outreach to prospective students who inquire about academic programs.

On-site role, 32 hours per week (Mon–Thu, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.). You will conduct high-volume outreach by phone, email, and text, identify interests, schedule admissions appointments, and document activity in Salesforce and CampusVue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 1–2 years of high-volume phone outreach, admissions recruitment, customer service, or inside sales.

Responsibilities

• Rapid inquiry outreach via outbound calls, emails, and texts within response targets.
• Engage prospective students with introductory conversations and address enrollment barriers.
• Schedule admissions advising appointments and guide students through the enrollment funnel.
• CRM data entry documenting outreach attempts, contacts, and pipeline changes in Salesforce/CampusVue.
• Meet daily targets: 60+ outreach touchpoints and at least 2 hours of active phone engagement.
