Qualifications

• Experience with process improvements, documentation and change management.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana) and building automations.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Owns and improves operational processes within scope, builds automation and templates (Asana) to cut manual work.
• Document processes and standard procedures with accuracy.
• Manage intake and launch for new programs, schedule rooms, and maintain records in Salesforce/Asana.
• Provide instructors with schedules, materials, and communication support.
• Handle backend Canvas Catalog tasks, certificates, and course listings.
• Support cross‑portfolio projects and other duties as assigned.
