Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Temporary Administrative Program Coordinator (UTemps) to oversee end-to-end operational execution for course and instructor logistics across multiple portfolios. You will drive process improvements, automate workflows, and ensure successful course launches with cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Manager of EEV Operations, you will manage intake, scheduling, and room logistics, while maintaining program records in Salesforce and Asana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 to 3 years of experience in program operations or administrative coordination.
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams with competing deadlines.
• Strong proficiency with project management software (Asana) and ability to build/maintain automation and workflows.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve end-to-end operational processes for course and instructor logistics across portfolios.
• Build and maintain automation, templates, and tracking systems to reduce manual work.
• Manage intake and launch processes for new programs and courses from scheduling to publishing.
