Explorer Pipeline, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a full-time temporary position through January 31, 2027.

The role centers on computing, classifying, recording, and verifying data for accounting records and processing invoices for payment, with on-site work at headquarters. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent and at least three years of accounting/administrative support experience, plus competence with standard accounting software.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent in experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in general accounting and administrative support.
• Experience using accounting, spreadsheet and word processing software.

Mansioni

• Reviews utility invoices for accuracy and processes all invoices for payment.
• Maintains all utility correspondence and documentation.
• Prepares journal entries as needed.
• Prepares and maintains records of accounting/financial transactions.
• Uses OnPhase for processing of invoices for approval.
• Reviews, balances and interprets reports; makes corrections as needed.
• Conducts research and provides answers to questions from employees and/or vendors related to accounts payable.
• Completes credit card payment processing for small utility accounts.
• Analyzes and reconciles general ledger accounts, as requested.
• Receives incoming mail and uploads invoices for approval.
• Prepares utility accruals monthly for monthly closing process.
• Assists in other accounts payable duties as needed.
