Responsibilities

• Reviews Utility Invoices for accuracy and processes all invoices for payment
• Maintains all utility correspondence and documentation
• Prepares journal entries as needed
• Prepares and maintains records of accounting/financial transactions
• Uses OnPhase for processing of invoices for approval
• Reviews, balances and interprets reports; makes corrections as needed
• Conducts research and provides answers to questions from employees and/or vendors related to accounts payable
• Completes credit card payment processing for small utility accounts
• Analyzes and reconciles general ledger accounts, as requested
• Receives incoming mail and uploads invoices for approval
• Prepares utility accruals monthly for monthly closing process
• Assists in other accounts payable duties as needed
