• Match POs, packing slips and receiving documents to invoices with Materials Management.
• Key AP batches and process MM-AP batches.
• Prepare and mail checks for payment.
• Scan invoices and attachments into the document imaging system.
• Reconcile vendor statements and coordinate with vendors on balances.
