You will promote products and services and build strong member relationships in a welcoming branch setting.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, regulatory compliance, and proactive cross-selling to meet member financial needs in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience
• 6 months cash handling preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive environment for members by greeting them warmly, actively listening to their needs, and assisting in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, ensuring that member accounts are handled with precision and attention to detail.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and services and identify opportunities to cross sell products and services to meet member’s financial needs.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures to safeguard member confidentiality and protect against fraud or unauthorized transactions.
