Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and assist in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and services and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to protect member data and prevent fraud.
• Provide proactive support and build rapport with members.
