Greater Nevada Credit Union's Minden Branch is seeking a friendly Teller to deliver exceptional member service and personalized financial solutions. You will handle a variety of transactions and promote our range of products and services to meet member needs.

This role emphasizes building rapport, accuracy in cash handling, and proactive support to ensure a positive member experience at the Minden location.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn systems.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive environment for members by greeting them warmly, actively listening to their needs, and assisting in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, ensuring that member accounts are handled with precision and attention to detail.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and services and identify opportunities to cross sell products and services to meet member’s financial needs.
