Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting members warmly and listening to their needs.
• Conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to protect confidentiality and prevent fraud.
