Rockland Trust is seeking a Teller Trainee to serve as the welcoming face at our branches, offering friendly, personalized service and product guidance to customers. You will help process everyday banking transactions and support teammates to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

You will participate in training and development to grow within a community-focused bank known for its values-driven culture and long-standing commitment to customers and local communities.

Responsibilities

• Make the first impression to our customers as they enter the branch, warmly greeting them and guiding them to the colleague who can best support their needs.
• Engage in constant customer support, exhibiting efficient, effective, and courteous customer service in person and via telephone.
• Serve customers by supplying them with information on the Rockland Trust banking products best suited to their individual needs.
• Ensure that customers feel cared for as you perform duties that require a high level of accuracy, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checking, and other financial transactions.
