Job summary

Rockland Trust in Massachusetts is seeking a Teller Trainee to join our branch teams. You will greet customers, process routine transactions, and build relationships through friendly, accurate service.

You will train with our team to learn the Rockland Trust products and policies, while supporting a culture focused on community, development, and customer care across our many Massachusetts locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology to facilitate business
• Sales and service oriented personality.

Responsibilities

• Make the first impression to customers entering the branch and guide them to the right colleague.
• Engage in constant customer support with efficient, courteous service.
• Provide information on Rockland Trust products tailored to customer needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with supervisor and training team to complete Teller Training.
