Rockland Trust is seeking a Teller Trainee to be the welcoming face of our branches. You will deliver friendly, accurate cash handling and guidance to customers, while learning Rockland Trust products and services to build relationships.

The role emphasizes on-the-job training, professional conduct, teamwork, and delivering a positive customer experience across branch activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with customers and teammates in a professional manner.
• Comfortable using technology to facilitate business goals.

Responsibilities

• Make the first impression to customers, greeting them and guiding them to the right colleague.
• Engage in constant customer support with efficient and courteous service in person and by phone.
• Provide information on banking products suited to each customer’s needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks and other transactions with accuracy.
• Learn duties with the support of the training team and complete the Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
