Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Positive approach to interactions with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to complete onboarding and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Make the first impression to customers entering the branch.
• Engage in friendly, efficient customer service in person and by phone.
• Provide information on Rockland Trust products that fit customer needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Make decisions with supervision as you gain experience.
• Collaborate with training and branch teams to complete Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
