Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and technology to support sales and service.
• Sales and service‑oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including potential weekends.
• Must complete onboarding and job‑specific training within timeframe.
• Preferred: 1–2 years teller experience or cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to the right colleague.
• Provide courteous customer service in person and by phone.
• Inform customers about Rockland Trust products best suited to their needs.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks with accuracy.
• Collaborate with training and branch teams to complete Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
