Job summary

CEN seeks a Teller Supervisor to ensure efficient teller area management, speed and accuracy in transactions, and adherence to service quality standards. You will supervise tellers, train staff, and support cross-selling of bank products.

The role includes auditing, scheduling, and coordinating with supervisors as well as potential location rotation within the region. A background in banking and supervisory duties is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus on-the-job training or coursework in relevant areas.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong math skills for handling cash, calculations, and reporting.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lift coin bags up to 50 lbs.
• Assigns work duties and schedules to tellers.
• Monitors cash limits and shipment decisions.
• Approves teller transactions and monitors branch activity.
• Reviews timecards and tracks absences; reports to supervisor.
• Guides tellers on policies and procedures; participates in goal setting.
