Centennial Bank is seeking a Teller Supervisor to lead the teller area, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and promptly while maintaining service quality standards.

The role involves directing tellers, approving transactions, monitoring cash limits, and supporting branch operations. You will coach staff, participate in audits, and back up CSR duties as required, contributing to a compliant, efficient service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional schooling or on-the-job training.
• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent education.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and data entry.
• Ability to read, interpret policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assigns work duties and schedules for tellers.
• Monitors cash limits and branch transactions.
• Provides approval on tellers' transactions.
• Tracks attendance and timekeeping; communicates with supervisor.
• Coaches staff to cross-sell bank products and services.
• Ensures compliance with audits and BSA/AML training.
• Supervises 3-7 employees and covers CSR as needed.
• May work at alternative location within region.
