• Oversee audit, compliance, and record-keeping for teller line and ATM operations.
• Participate in hiring and performance management in collaboration with branch management.
• Provide outstanding customer experience at all points of contact.
• Advise customers on product selection and deliver tailored solutions.
• Educate customers on digital banking services and convenient options.
• Handle complex customer issues and explain bank policies.
• Participate in outbound campaigns and community involvement to develop new business.
• Train staff on regulatory changes and risk management.
