Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three years teller experience, or prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform normal teller duties daily.
• Provide on the job training for teller staff.
• Monitor teller staff for compliance with procedures and policies.
• Issue written and oral instructions on teller operations.
• Assist tellers with cash discrepancies and customer questions.
• Assign daily tasks to the teller staff.
• Balance cash vault daily (dual control).
• Maintain reports of cash balances and daily recaps.
• Conduct monthly audits of teller stations.
• Oversee ATM maintenance and processing of proof work.
• Communicate teller activities to management.
• Prepare performance evaluations and training documents.
• Maintain familiarity with bank policies and regulations (Secrecy Act, OFAC).
• File CTRs.
• Other related duties as assigned.
