The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of teller and supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong banking product knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of teller, platform and supervisory experience.
• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Strong knowledge of banking products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises teller operations and oversees teller training segments.
• Schedules hours and work assignments for teller staff.
• Consolidates teller proof sheets and maintains security for teller area.
• Approves transactions on select deposits with signature verification.
• Processes return items and items for collection; handles overdrafts within limits.
• Performs all teller activities and assists in the new accounts area when needed.
• Maintains vault security and overall branch security; assists with night drops.
• Supports branch goals and contributes to customer service excellence.
