Qualifications

• 2-4 years teller, platform and supervisory experience.
• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Strong knowledge of banking products.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Precise figure aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong PC skills and demonstrated knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversees teller operations; schedules hours and work assignments.
• Ensures daily consolidation of teller sheets and maintains security for teller area.
• Approves transactions on selected deposit accounts within limits.
• Processes return items and items for collection; manages overdrafts as needed.
• Performs teller activities and assists in new accounts area.
• Handles account adjustments and night drops when applicable.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
