Qualifications

• 2-4 years of teller, platform and supervisory experience.
• Solid knowledge of banking products and procedures.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teller operations and training portions of Universal Banker program.
• Schedule hours and assign work for teller staff.
• Ensure daily consolidation of teller sheets and security of vault and negotiable items.
• Approve transactions on selected deposits within limits.
• Handle returns, collections, and overdrafts as assigned.
• Support new accounts and teller activities as needed.
