The position requires 2–4 years of teller and supervisory experience, strong knowledge of banking products, and excellent communication. Regular full-time hours are expected with weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of teller, platform and supervisory experience.
• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Strong knowledge of banking products.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Precise figure aptitude and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervises teller operations and schedules hours for teller staff.
• Ensures daily consolidation of teller sheets and resolves problems in the teller area.
• Maintains teller area security including vault access and negotiable items.
• Approves certain transactions on deposits and endorsements.
• Processes return items and items for collection and handles overdrafts within limits.
• Performs teller activities and supports the Universal Banker function as needed.
• Handles account adjustments, night drops, and bank-related duties.
